Beijing 2010: ZAP introducing EV on the base model of Rav4 As we, all know Beijing Auto Show going to be the one of the largest and biggest auto show in the world. Many big automakers are listing their names to showcase their creation in this event. The most oldest provider of EVs, ZAP, is all set to debut its latest electric taxi. The CEO of the ZAP, at the Chinese press conference, unveiled its creation and it’s all set to make its appearance in the Beijing Auto Show. This electric taxi is made by a united venture of Zap and Holley Group, electric meter producer. The taxi might look similar to some, as it is made on base model of the Jonway A-380 SUV. And its Toyota’s Rav4 second generation of model year 2001-05 knock off vehicle. This electric taxi runs 70 miles per hour and the automakers claims that it will give average of 186 miles.   [...]

Test Drive: 2010 Mitsubishi Galant ES Since 2003 Mitsubishi’s four door mid sized sedan has been around us and it’s also the ninth generation model. It is always off the shopper’s radar in the subterranean. Last year, in Canada, Mitsubishi brought 463 Galant and total sale was 19,786 units. Toyota’s First H2 Vehicle, FCHV-Adv is all set to launch in 2015 After so much of prolong hype FCHV- adv (Fuel Cell Hybrid Vehicle advance) from Toyota, may be launched after four years. Even in the recent San Diego’s Toyota Sustainable Mobility Seminar, Toyota introduced its FCHV-adv again to the world. Though first introduced it in 2008, till now this Highlander SUV crossover has gone through lot of improvements. The start up of the FCHV-adv is as easy and same as revving any gasoline vehicle. Ford Announced its New Technology Myford Touch System for 2011 Ford Edge and the 2012 Ford Focus Eventually, Ford’s hush-hush green car project is now no longer a secret project. It has announced its eco-conscious feature, yet to be launched, MyFord Touch system in their vehicles. The main feature of this system is the new Eco-Route tool which will guide the drivers how to be more fuel efficient. How doest it work? Well, the Navigation system, gives optional route to the destination which will be precedence fuel economy of the car over the distance or speed. These selected routes avoid highways or streets with heavy-traffic, as well where speed can be maintain at constant speed without many stops and starts.
