The latest 2011 BMW could be a little disappointing factor for all the Hybrid lovers as the model showcases very limited options for Hybrid powertrain besides this it also suffers the drawback of having limited cargo space and very little rear seat space of the whole X6 package. The comforting factors of this machine are its super handling options with quick acceleration and room cabin giving you ample of comfort. The 2011 BMW machine carries very few tweaks as compared to its last year model machine. The ActiveHybrid X6 is a capable hybrid machine that can be known from its personality traits, it has a coupe style character to it with crossover like utility with higher fuel efficiency for hybrid machines.


The SUVs play a dominant role amongst all the other family sedans or coupe machines as they have higher utility power and with Hybrid powertrain they are all the more beneficial giving you greater benefits in just one single machine. The 2011 BMW ActiveHybrid X6 is an SUV for four passenger and the machine is solely available in single trim options. The standard options of the machine includes front and rear parking sensors, 20 inch wheels, automatic – adaptive xenon headlights, keyless ignition, auto dimming mirrors, soft close automatic doors, heated 14 way power seats that has adjustable bolsters, leather upholstery, driver memory functions, navigation system, 12 speaker sound system, iPod/USB adapter, auxiliary audio jack, Bluetooth, dash trim, HD radio, tilt and telescoping steering wheels, running board, self level suspension, power sunroof and more options like BMW assist telematics. The machine is also available with cold weather package that includes features like rear seat pass through, retractable headlight washers, heated steering wheels, rear seat entertainment system, satellite radio, rear seat entertainment system, enhanced sound system, high beams, etc.


The powertrain options of the new and latest 2011 BMW ActiveHybrid X6 is all equipped with traditional gasoline engine options, it also consists of a two electric motor systems. The gas powered engine is equipped with twin turbo 4.4 liter V8 machine exclusively for X6 xDrive50i that gives the output of 400 hp and 450 lb ft of torque options. Along with electric motors, the machine gives the combined power output of 480 hp and 575 lb ft of torque options. The machine comes with sole transmission options of seven speed automatic with manual shift control options. The safety options of the machine comes with front seat side airbags, stability control, antilock disc brakes, hill descent control, traction control, adaptive headlights, front and rear side curtain airbags, BMW Assist emergency telematics, trailer stability control and front seat side airbags.
