New Video of Chevy Volt Undergoing Tests for Durability
Yes it is true that there is no amount of money that could get some people behind a Chevrolet Volt’s steering wheel, but believe it or not, there are some people that are actually getting a paycheck to climb right on in and take a spin. Do not think for one second that they are not having the time of their life while they are driving them either. Murray Butler IV, is one such employee of the General Motors Company, that makes his appearance in the new video where it shows him telling viewers all about the testing job that he has in checking the suspension on the Chevy Volts. Such tests as these take place at the Milford Proving Ground, and especially along the Seven Sisters winding turns of GM’s test track.
Apparently no matter what the problem is that may be occurring in various types of General Motors products, to some employees of GM like Murray Butler IV, this particular type of job that involves being able to drive ‘somewhat fast’ in a brand new car, is one that never loses its spark of excitement. Being “like Disneyland” is even an expression he uses to describe his job, one that is hard for him to believe that is earning him a living. Although he is only traveling at rates of speed that are only 25 to 35 miles an hour, his imagination would have to get carried away with itself from time to time, flashing pictures in his mind, as if he is zooming around speedway curves at a raceway.
